About Teodosio and Sons
Teodosio & Sons Construction Company, L.L.C. was founded
by Ed Teodosio, a master mason in business for thirty years and with thirty
six years total experience in all
phases of the masonry industry. Ed is proud
to have both of his sons in the construction business with him.
He is a stickler for detail and
neatness on the jobsite during the construction project. He is a fifth
generation tradesman who has passed on the premise that it is not just
"good enough" to his sons and there are no shortcuts to being
successful in whatever you do. It takes hard work and the
determination to make the construction project come out right every
time.
Chris Teodosio is the sixth generation to enter the
business. With his work ethic and drive, he has become a valuable
asset to the company. He has worked for his father all through high
school and college and is now a partner in the business. Chris is
working hard to develop the interlocking concrete paver and retaining
wall portion of the business, since it is the largest growing area of
the masonry industry.
Brent Teodosio, also a sixth generation Teodosio to
enter the masonry business, he has worked for his father all through
high school and college and is now the company's top installer of
interlocking pavers and wall stone. While Brent is a valuable asset to
the company due to his great eye for detail, and his understanding of
the payoff of hard work, Brent also is the operator of all the
company's heavy machinery.
Eddie Teodosio, the eldest of three sons, is a graduate
of Clemson University, with a degree in Civil Engineering. He provides
technical consultations on various aspects of our construction
projects.
Our History
Teodosio & Sons Construction Company, L.L.C. was founded by Ed
Teodosio, a master mason with thirty years experience in all phases of
the masonry industry. Ed has been in business for thirty years and has worked in every
phase of masonry, from interlocking paver walks to fireplaces to
three-story brick or block commercial and office buildings. He is
excited about his son Chris becoming his partner and together they
will tackle the interlocking pavers and segmental walls which are fast
becoming the largest growing area of the masonry industry. Chris is
developing a strategy that will bring Teodosio & Sons to the forefront
in installation and customer satisfaction.
